We offer a FREE Backup Teacher solution to support teachers needing additional help while teaching our programs, and CTE Directors guard against losing their investment.
This offering includes:
Training during teacher training sessions
Training the backup / co-teacher occurs during our regularly scheduled teacher’s training to address questions or concerns in real-time.
One teacher cross-trained as a backup
Once the teacher has completed the training, they will be fully prepared to take over the course should the need arise.
Co-teachers can assist with grade entry & teaching
CTE Program teachers benefit from having a co-teacher who can help with the program’s teaching and other administrative responsibilities.
